I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the

exceptional services provided by Section 8 Housing and, in particular, to commend one

of your outstanding team members, Keith Moone.

As a landlord participating in the Section 8 program, I have had the pleasure of working

with Keith on multiple occasions. His dedication and professionalism have truly made a

positive impact on my experience as a landlord.

One aspect that stands out is Keith's proactive approach in connecting me with potential

tenants. There have been instances where I faced challenges in finding suitable

tenants, and Keith Moone went above and beyond to bridge the gap. His ability to

connect with people and facilitate meetings between prospective tenants and myself

has been invaluable.

Keith's commitment to ensuring a smooth and positive landlord-tenant relationship has

not gone unnoticed. His friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with his

effectiveness in addressing concerns, has made him a joy to work with. I believe his

efforts reflect positively on Section 8 Housing as a whole.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Keith's exceptional service. It is

evident that he takes pride in his role and genuinely cares about the success of the

Section 8 program. I can only hope that other landlords have the same positive

experience working with Keith.

Mr. Moore, your assistance in helping find my family a new place was wonderful. It felt so good to have someone really care about my family's best interest. Nowadays finding people who genuinely care

about other people's well-being is rare. You are proof good genuine caring people are still out here, and you have nothing but pure intentions. Having someone go above and beyond for my family is simply amazing. Over the years I have heard nothing but great things about him and his service to the community. Good Afternoon:

I have been a landlord participant in the Section 8 Voucher program for more than 20 years with both

Prince George's and Charles Counties. In addition, being a realtor, I have encouraged investors of real

estate, whenever possible, to consider renting to Section 8 tenants.

Recently I represented a family who listed a beautiful home with me for rent. They had heard so many

negative things about Section 8 from friends and relatives, but I was able to convince them otherwise.

Of the 8 properties I personally owned, I only had one bad experience. In the end, I was able to convince them to reconsider, and they did.

Initially, everything that could go wrong did. Out of desperation, I found myself in the hands of a gentleman named Mr. Moone. I'm not sure how I connected with him, but he was so helpful that I gave his name to everyone involved. I can honestly say we wore him out with phone calls and emails. He accepted every phone call, even after regular hours, and always left us with words of encouragement

that he is still working on our problem. We all had his cell phone and when we were all ready to give up, he came through as promised. It was on a Friday night that we got word to move forward on what was

holding us back. You can imagine how happy everyone was after weeks of struggling to get things completed, knowing we had done everything on our end.

I speak for the landlord, tenants and myself, to say , there should be more Mr. Moone working for Prince George's Housing. His passion,understanding of the problem and his tenacity makes him a very special person and someone I'm confident I can call upon and he will get to the bottom of whatever it is and make it right. That's very special.

I understand there is an event for landlords next week, and I plan to be there.
